Our Rider-First Return Policy

You may return most unused items in original condition within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories
Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
  • Oils and Lubricants (opened containers)
  • Brake Pads (installed or used)
  • Cleats (worn or installed)
  • Cables (cut to length)

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with your RA number and return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Use protective materials for components like derailleurs or cranksets
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Spokane warehouse using a trackable method. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., switching between alloy and carbon clincher road wheels):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state the desired replacement item in your initial email
  3. We’ll process the exchange once we receive and inspect the original item

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: International refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing.

Return Shipping Costs
