Order Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)
Note: Delivery times may vary for international shipments and exclude customs processing time.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Rider-First Return Policy ensures a smooth process when you need to return or exchange components. Most unused items in original condition can be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Oils and Lubricants (opened containers)
- Brake Pads (installed or used)
- Cleats (worn or installed)
- Cables (cut to length)
Step-by-Step Return Process

- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 24 hours with your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
- Package Securely: Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. Use protective materials for components like derailleurs or cranksets
- Ship Your Return: Send to our Spokane warehouse using a trackable method
Exchange Process
To exchange items (e.g., switching between alloy and carbon clincher road wheels):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired replacement in your initial email
- We’ll process the exchange after receiving and inspecting the original item
Return Shipping Costs
Standard return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend:
- DHL/FedEx: Faster option (5-7 days, trackable)
- EMS: More economical (10-15 days, trackable)
For returns due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
